Return Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• If the ordered product is out of stock or the order is canceled.
• If delivery is not possible within the specified timeframe (7–10 business days).
• If an extra amount is deducted during online payment.
• If a wrong or defective product is delivered and the customer wishes to return it.

• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or card).
• Refund is not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
• In special cases, additional time may be required.

• Once the refund is successfully processed, the customer will be notified via email or phone.
• If no complaint is made within 3 days after the refund completion, it will be considered accepted.
• No new refund claim will be accepted after this period.

• Only the paid amount (excluding cashback) is refundable.
• Any extra amount deducted due to technical issues will be refunded upon valid proof.
• In the case of multiple products, if one item is out of stock, only the price of that item will be refunded.
• Gift vouchers or cashback are non-refundable.
• If an order is canceled during an offer, refunds will be issued after deducting cashback or discounts received.
• Refunds will be issued only after verifying the condition of returned items.
• Balance stored in veloramart Wallet is non-refundable but can be used for future purchases.
• Refund is not applicable for canceled Cash on Delivery orders unless payment was already made.

• If advance payment is made for a pre-order and delivery is not possible within 7 business days, a refund will be issued.
• If no payment is made for a pre-order and delivery cannot be completed within the specified time, the order will be automatically canceled.
