Terms and Conditions

Customers are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• Ordered product is out of stock
• Order is cancelled
• Delivery is not possible within 7–10 business days
• Excess amount is charged online
• Wrong or defective product is delivered and the customer wishes to return it

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method used by the customer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, or Card).
• Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Generally, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• In special cases, it may take longer.
• If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact veloramartbd@gmail.com

• Once the refund is successfully processed, the customer will be notified via email or phone.
• If no objection is raised within 3 days of refund completion, it will be considered that the customer has accepted the refund.
• After that, any new refund request will not be accepted.

• Only the paid amount excluding cashback is refundable.
• Any extra amount deducted due to technical issues will be refunded upon verification.
• For orders with multiple products, if a product is out of stock, only the price of that product will be refunded.
• Gift vouchers or cashback are not refundable.
• If an order placed during an offer is cancelled, refund will be given excluding any discount or cashback.
• Refunds will be made after verifying the condition of returned products.
• Amount deposited in veloramart balance is non-refundable and can be used for future purchases.
• For cancelled COD orders, no refund is applicable if payment was not made.

• If advance payment is made for a pre-order and delivery is not possible within 7 business days, a refund will be issued.
• If a pre-order is placed without payment and delivery is not possible within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.
