Both the oil and the perfume versions are created with almost the same fragrance formula, so in theory, they should smell the same. However, the ingredients in the perfume does make certain ingredients “pop” more or seem sharper, while the oil in our fragrance oils softens certain ingredients. Ultimately, it comes down to your body chemistry, and how each version smells on your skin.
The fragrance oil remains very close to your skin. It is a much more intimate choice, perceptible only by those close to you. It’s a great way to wear perfume without others necessarily knowing you are wearing perfume.

Brands that make perfumes like Armani and Gucci don’t make fragrance oil. so these are not original or decants. fragrance oil is a different thing than perfumes
But it’s safe to use on your skin. don’t worry about that
what are concentrated perfumes?
These are attar, based on the fragrance of the original perfumes. will they smell exactly the same? Obviously Not. That makes them cheaper in price. Do Gucci or Armani originally made them? They don’t make attar! So obviously these are not original in that sense
